You’ll work with families and care teams to support independence through meaningful, individualized care and minimal administrative burden.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Occupational Therapy License in State of Practice.
Active NBCOT Certification.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Provide pediatric occupational therapy in home-based settings.
Collaborate closely with families and care teams.
