Care Options for Kids in the United States is seeking a pediatric occupational therapist for home-based services. You will support children’s sensory needs, daily routines and independence through meaningful, individualized care, with a focus on sustainable practice and reasonable caseloads.

You’ll collaborate with families and care teams, document efficiently at the point of care, and participate in COFK’s outreach and professional development programs, enjoying weekly pay and a supportive work

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Occupational Therapy License in State of Practice.
• Active NBCOT Certification.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy in home-based settings.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support functional outcomes.
• Document at the point of care using efficient tools.
