Kahak DC is looking for a Clinical Manager to oversee operations at the home health aide agency in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will hold an RN license, have a BSN as a preference, and possess strong leadership skills, along with experience in home health or hospice care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the District of Columbia.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• CPR certification required; additional certifications in home care preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in home health or community-based care.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff and home health aides.
• Conduct supervisory visits and in-home assessments.
• Coordinate patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid regulations and standards.
• Provide coaching and training for clinical staff.
