Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years progressively responsible managerial experience in home healthcare.
• 3–4 years field experience with MedStar Home Health.
• RN - Registered Nurse license or Therapy/Allied Health license required; within 1 year of employment in specified jurisdictions.
• Extensive working knowledge of reimbursement and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical outcomes and revenue for all patients via analytics dashboards.
• Manages financial and clinical outcomes for patients on the clinical team.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, quality and safety standards.
• Hires, evaluates and develops associates to align with MedStar's mission and values.
• Fosters collaboration across departments and professional disciplines.
