Job summary

Nemours is seeking a Registered Nurse (Hem/Onc) to join Nemours Children’s Hospital in Orlando, Florida. This full-time position covers nights (7P-7A) and requires an active Florida RN license with pediatric experience.

The RN will deliver comprehensive pediatric oncology/hematology care, perform clinical duties, and participate in the care delivery model to support patient families. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, advocacy, safety, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team,

Qualifications

• ASN required.
• Active Florida or multi-state RN license required.
• National certification in area of clinical specialty preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience, pediatric preferred.
• APHON Chemotherapy/Biotherapy provider experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing knowledge to observe, assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and supervise other personnel as needed.
• Deliver patient- and family-centered care within the delivery model.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in governance to improve practice.
