Job summary

Nemours Children’s Health seeks a Registered Nurse (Hem/Onc) for our Orlando, FL team. This full-time role supports pediatric oncology/hematology patients, with alternating day and night shifts totaling 36 hours per week.

Requirements include an ASN and active Florida RN license; pediatric oncology experience is preferred, with APHON chemotherapy provider qualification encouraged within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• ASN required.
• Active Florida RN license required.
• National certification in area of clinical specialty preferred.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience required.
• Pediatric hematology/oncology experience preferred.
• APHON Chemotherapy/Biotherapy provider within 6 months of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct pediatric hematology/oncology nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans.
