The University of Washington, in partnership with Seattle Children’s Hospital, invites applications for a full-time pediatric general surgery faculty position at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level (WOT), with a January 2027 start.

The successful candidate will provide the full spectrum of general and oncologic pediatric surgical care, lead the surgical oncology team, participate in resident and fellow education, and pursue extramural funding with protected time for

Qualifications

• MD degree (or foreign equivalent).
• Board eligibility (or foreign equivalent) by the American Board of Surgery.
• Eligible for medical licensure in state of Washington.
• USMLE steps completed for H-1B sponsorship (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of general and oncologic pediatric surgical care.
