Job summary

West Coast Dental Services is seeking a General Dentist focused on pediatrics to provide compassionate care for children within a team-based practice. You will collaborate with office staff to enhance patient experience and ensure high-quality outcomes across preventive and restorative care.

The ideal candidate has a DDS/DMD and California license, with sedation certifications and malpractice coverage. A strong patient-centered chairside manner is essential for success in this fast-growing group.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree required.
• Active California State Dental Board license.
• Nitrous Sedation Certification and CPR/DEA/NPI required.
• Malpractice insurance active.
• Oral Conscious Sedation preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
• Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust and relationship with patients.
• Understanding PPO, HMO, and other dental plans to optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing comfort regarding dental treatment.
