West Coast Dental seeks a General Dentist focused on pediatrics to deliver high-quality care for children within a team-based setting. The position offers a guaranteed base plus production incentives, modern facilities, and access to company-sponsored continuing education.

The practice emphasizes excellent patient experience, collaboration across the office, and comprehensive services including general, specialty and orthodontics in a dynamic Southern California network.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree.
• Active California State Dental Board license.
• Nitrous Sedation Certification.
• Active Malpractice Insurance.
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required.
• Oral Conscious Sedation Certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
• Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another.
• Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients regarding their dental treatment.
