Job summary

West Coast Dental Services is seeking a General Dentist focused on pediatrics to treat children and families with a compassionate, patient-centric approach.

You will work within a team delivering high-quality dental care, with emphasis on patient comfort, education, and prevention. Excellent chairside manner and collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree and CA license are required.
• Nitrous Sedation and DEA/CPR/NPI qualifications are required.
• Malpractice insurance active is required.
• Oral Conscious Sedation is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients to promote trust and provide exceptional pediatric dental care.
• Collaborate with the office team to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Understand PPO/HMO plans to optimize patient benefits.
• Address patient concerns and explain treatments clearly.

• Nitrous Sedation Certification
• Active Malpractice Insurance

Your Responsibilities Include

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience
• Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another
• Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients regarding their dental treatment
