Job summary

West Coast Dental Services is seeking a General Dentist focused on Pediatrics in California, offering fantastic career opportunities and guaranteed daily compensation vs high commission. You will join a team dedicated to a great patient experience and pediatric care across multiple offices in Southern California.

We provide state-of-the-art offices, full back-office support, competitive benefits, and opportunities for advancement. DDS/DMD with CA license and sedation credentials are required.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree required.
• Active California State Dental Board license required.
• Nitrous Sedation Certification required.
• Active Malpractice Insurance required.
• DEA, CPR and NPI required.
• Oral Conscious Sedation Certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
• Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another.
• Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients regarding their dental treatment.
