Job summary

West Coast Dental Services seeks a General Dentist focused on Pediatrics to join a patient-centered team in Southern California. The practice network includes over 45 offices across greater Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, and Northern San Diego, serving private, PPO, Medi-Cal and HMO patients.

You will lead pediatric care with a cheerful chairside demeanor, in a supportive, multi-office environment.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• Active California dental license required.
• Nitrous sedation certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Malpractice insurance active and in good standing.
• DEA, CPR and NPI required for practice.
• Oral conscious sedation certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
• Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another.
• Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients regarding their dental treatment.
