Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school and license to practice in NC.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric dentistry with a passion for kids.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for families and children.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based dental care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for children and teens, including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic services.
• Perform examinations, treatment planning, and patient consultations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate families on oral hygiene.
• Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient and engage with families.
• Deliver high‑quality procedures while maintaining clinical standards.
