Job summary

Kids Dental Brands in Thomasville, NC is seeking a compassionate General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care for children and teens in a supportive, family-friendly environment.

You will work alongside pediatric dentists and clinical teams to deliver preventive, restorative, and diagnostic services while mentoring and growing your clinical skills in a modern practice setting.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Valid North Carolina dental license or able to obtain licensure.
• 1–2 years of general dentistry experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Moderate Sedation Certification is a plus.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for children and teens.
• Perform examinations, treatment planning, and patient consultations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs.
• Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
• Create a comfortable, positive, and welcoming experience for every patient.
• Deliver high-quality dental procedures while maintaining excellent clinical standards.
• Collaborate with pediatric dentists, specialists, and support teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation according to regulatory standards.
• Stay current with advancements in dental techniques and technology through continuing education.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and community outreach initiatives
