Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Valid NC dental license or eligibility.
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency.
• Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Dentistry.
• Moderate Sedation Certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively with children, families, and a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for children and adolescents.
• Perform routine and complex pediatric dental procedures with a focus on safety, comfort, and quality outcomes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs.
• Educate children and families on preventive dental care and lifelong oral health habits.
• Create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient.
• Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry and evidence-based practices.
