Job summary

Kids Dental Brands is seeking an Associate General Dentist to join our Springfield, MO team, delivering comprehensive dental care for children and teens in a friendly, patient‑centered environment.

As part of a doctor‑owned organization, you will collaborate with pediatric specialists and clinical staff, participate in ongoing education, and have access to mentorship and career growth within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school and Missouri license or ability to obtain licensure.
• 1–2 years of general dentistry experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality dental care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, teens, and families.
• Ability to create positive patient experiences and manage a diverse patient population.
• Moderate Sedation Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for children and teens (preventive, restorative, diagnostic).
• Perform examinations, treatment planning, and patient consultations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Create a welcoming, positive patient experience.
• Deliver high-quality procedures while maintaining clinical standards.
• Collaborate with pediatric dentists, specialists, and support teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records per regulatory standards.
• Stay current with dental techniques and technology through continuing education.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and community outreach.
