Job summary

Kids Dental Brands in Wilmington, NC seeks a compassionate Associate General Dentist to provide comprehensive care for children and teens in a modern, welcoming environment.

You will collaborate with pediatric dentists and clinical teams, participate in mentorship and ongoing education, and have opportunities for leadership development within a doctor-owned organization with 20+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license or ability to obtain licensure in North Carolina.
• General Dentist with 1–2 years of experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for children and teens.
• Perform examinations, treatment planning, and patient consultations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs.
• Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
• Create a comfortable, positive, and welcoming experience for every patient.
• Collaborate with pediatric dentists, specialists, and support teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and stay current with advancements in dental techniques.
