Aufgaben

• Assist the Practice Manager with scheduling for clinicians, support staff and facility maintenance.
• Schedule appointments according to office policies.
• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Assist with patient documents routing and scanner uploads.
• Check-in/Check-out patients; update status in the practice system; collect co-pays.
• Verify insurance and update in the practice management system.
• Post charges and payments; reconcile daily/monthly reports.
