Children's Dental Health in Springfield, PA is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and families. You will deliver friendly, efficient front-desk service from check-in to check-out in a pediatric setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, verifying insurance, and supporting staff with accurate record keeping. The role offers a Monday–Thursday schedule, starting pay at $17 per hour, with Fridays as needed.

Qualifications

• Motivated and willing to learn on the job.
• Experience working in the front desk area of a medical/dental practice preferred.
• Strong customer service skills; ability to communicate well.
• Demonstrated desire to work with children in a pediatric setting.
• Experience scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and answering multiple phone lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, prompt, respectful service to patients and families.
• Liaise between patients and staff; prepare charts and keep records organized.
• File and scan medical documents and forms as directed.
• Verify patient demographics, health, pharmacy, and insurance data.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Maintain and clean front office area and related tasks.
