Job summary

Agave Pediatrics is hiring a friendly front office receptionist to support a busy pediatric practice. You will welcome families, schedule appointments, answer phones, and coordinate with clinicians. The role requires strong communication, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a focus on customer service.

CPR is preferred; high school diploma required; prior office experience helpful. This is an on-site position in Goodyear, AZ.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position or similar function.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, parents, clinical administrative staff, and the public.
• Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and policies and procedures.
• Skill in dealing with interpersonal issues and customer relations.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities at once with minimal supervision.
• Ability to plan and organize.
