Duties and Responsibilities

• HIGH VOLUME PATIENT INTERACTION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE: Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for patients and families.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage booking appointments efficiently, maintaining a seamless schedule.
• Medical Chart Management (eClinicalWorks EMR): Update and maintain electronic medical records with precision.
• Check In/Out: Handle patient check‑in and check‑out processes smoothly and courteously.
• Front Desk Duties: Perform essential reception tasks to support patient needs and clinic operations.
• Daily Opening and Closing Responsibilities: Prepare the office each day and securely close operations after‑hours.
• Strong Phone Etiquette: Communicate effectively over the phone, providing clear and concise information.
• Patient Rooming: Manage the flow of patients into and out of consultation rooms, ensuring comfort and privacy.
• Basic In‑Office Labs: Conduct basic laboratory tasks under the guidance of medical professionals.

Requirements
