Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Pediatric Med/Surg Float RN to provide acute pediatric care across units, with cross-training opportunities in ED, CVICU, PICU, Neonatal, and more.

You will join a compassionate team, complete orientation, and become eligible for a $6/hr float pool differential after orientation, with potential for growth through specialty training and advancement within Levine Children's Hospital.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license required in practicing state.
• BLS certification required.
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
• At least 1 year pediatric inpatient RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
