Qualifications

• ASN/ADN required at hire; BSN must be obtained within 3 years.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in pediatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional nursing care to patients per unit standards.
• Float across Pediatric ICU, Neonatal ICU and 3 Medical/Surgical Units; assist in ED as needed.
• Delegate tasks and support professional development of others.
• Complete documentation timely and communicate with care team.
• Maintain patient safety and participate in performance and quality initiatives.
