The CARIN Alliance is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Children's Float Pool in Springfield, MO. You will provide compassionate pediatric care across multiple units, perform comprehensive assessments, and implement individualized care plans while monitoring patient response.

You will collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary care team, maintain high safety and infection-control standards, document accurately, and support ongoing learning in a team-based, patient-centered environment.

Qualificações

• Active RN license
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Relevant life-support certification preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and medication administration skills
• Excellent communication and family-centered care approach
• Ability to adapt quickly across units while maintaining safety and compliance
• Accurate documentation and infection-control awareness

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate pediatric care across multiple units, perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient condition and response to treatment.
• Communicate effectively with children, families, and the interdisciplinary care team, adapting to varying clinical settings and patient needs while maintaining safety and high-quality standards.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and strict infection-control practices.
• Support continuous learning and contribute to a collaborative, respectful healthcare environment.
