Job summary

NorthTexas Therapy & Home Care seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy to ages 0–21, with at least 2 visits per week as ordered by physicians. The role includes testing, reporting, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to set goals and provide guidance on speech interventions.

Requirements include a Master’s in SLP, CCC-SLP, Texas licensure, and pediatric/home-health experience. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus; valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification; valid Texas SLP license.
• Pediatrics experience required; home-health setting preferred.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy in the home or daytime facility for ages 0–21, 2+ times weekly per physician orders.
• Determine degree and type of speech-language impairments using appropriate tests.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written reports.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan goals and coach team in therapy modalities.
• Plan and modify care to meet therapy goals.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients with training materials and in-service programs.
• May supervise Clinical Fellows or SLP Assistants with 3+ years of experience.
