Kids and Teens in Pasadena, CA seeks a Pediatric Provider (PNP/PA/MD/DO or General Pediatrician) to join our outpatient team. This role offers flexible scheduling from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, with one week of on-call every 3–4 months and optional 4-hour shifts.

You will care for pediatric patients, provide telemedicine as needed, and collaborate with physicians. The position offers a competitive salary ($225,000–$300,000 annually) and comprehensive benefits, with loan repayment

Qualifications

• Active California license required.
• Board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or PA or MD or DO OR General Pediatrician OR Family Practitioner.
• EHR experience required.
• New grads welcome.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient clinic.
• Loan repayment available for first-time California licensees.

Responsabilités

• See 25 to 30 patients per day, 1 week of call every 3-4 months.
• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic pediatric illnesses.
• Prescribe medications and treatments per care plans.
• Perform comprehensive physical exams for pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement pediatric patient management policies and procedures.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and facilities as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists on patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Educate parents and families on child health, wellness, and preventive care.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Provider to join our healthcare team. This role offers flexible scheduling with hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday-1 week of call every 3-4 months.
