Acloché LLC is seeking a Pediatrician (MD/DO) for a full-time, on-site role in Hawthorne, California. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no after-hours call, providing outpatient pediatric care to a diverse patient population with bilingual Spanish/English communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours without after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties
• Collaborate with dedicated medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health strategies
