Kids and Teens is seeking a Pediatric Provider to join its outpatient team. The role includes daytime hours with telemedicine options, providing care for pediatric patients in a flexible schedule. The group offers full benefits for 4-day weeks and a competitive salary range based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active California license required.
• Board-certified PNP/PA/MD/DO or General Pediatrician or Family Practitioner.
• EHR experience required.
• New grads welcome.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities

• See 25 to 30 patients per day.
• Diagnose and treat pediatric illnesses (acute, episodic, chronic).
• Prescribe medications and treatments per care plans.
• Perform comprehensive pediatric exams and assess health.
• Develop and implement pediatric management policies.
• Facilitate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians on patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records.
• Educate families on health and preventive care.
