Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in ER Pediatric unit per Nurse Practice Act and ANA ethics.
• Ensure patient safety and participate in evidence-based practice.
• Report safety issues and medical errors.
• Supervise and direct delegation to team members.
• Collaborate with other care providers and manage patient care plan.
