RWJBarnabas Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the ER Pediatric unit at the New Brunswick campus in New Jersey. This night shift role involves delivering patient-centered care, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Required ASN or Nursing Diploma with 4–5 years in Pediatric ED or Pediatric Critical Care settings, PALS, and NJ RN license.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• PALS certification required.
• 4–5 years of Pediatric ED RN or Pediatric Critical Care RN experience.
• BSN or must be completed within 5 years upon hire (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act.
• Ensure safety and adherence to ethical and evidence-based practice.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to care team members.
• Collaborate with other care providers and maintain priorities with measurable outcomes.
