Children's National Hospital's Emergency Medicine and Trauma Services (EMTC) seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join the EMTC team. You will provide critical care across pediatric and adult emergencies, following high nursing standards and CPR protocols while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in District of Columbia is required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in emergency or acute care.
• CPR certification at hire or within orientation period.
• Ability to demonstrate professional, empathetic patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in a fast paced EM/trauma setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and ancillary staff on patient care plans.
• Demonstrate leadership in patient flow and safety processes.
• Maintain regulatory and Magnet-related professional standards.
