• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Minimum Work Experience: 2 years direct patient care in an emergency setting.
• Completion of an emergency, medical or nursing technician training program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to provide patient care for injuries and illnesses.
• Identify and document vital signs; report changes to RN/physician.
• Set up monitoring equipment and document readings; manage oxygen delivery.
• Perform POCT, phlebotomy and IV starts; assist with wound care and immobilization.
• Prepare exam rooms, assist in examinations, and transport patients as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean care environment and document procedures accurately.
