Qualifications
Maintain active RN Licensure throughout employment.
BLS, PALS, and CPI certifications must be maintained.
ACLS preferred within 1 year of hire.
Responsibilities
Assesses, implements, evaluates, and oversees the plan of care.
Communicates patient's progress with the physician.
Provides care such as IV starts and medication administration.
Documents and ensures timely and accurate records.
Responds to codes and traumas as needed.
Skills
Nursing experience in a pediatric emergency room setting
