Job summary

Children’s Minnesota in Minneapolis seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the pediatric emergency department. You will provide family-centered nursing care to infants, children and adolescents, following the nursing process.

Requirements include Minnesota RN licensure, BLS, and pediatric-focused certifications (PALS, ENPC, TNCC). This is an MNA contract position with full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Minnesota RN licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year pediatric nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• PALS, ENPC and TNCC certifications preferred or obtained within orientation.
• Proof of ENPC during orientation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide family-centered nursing care to infants, children and adolescents.
• Utilize the nursing process to guide professional practice.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
