Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Current Maryland RN license.
• CPR certification (Healthcare Provider) biennial.
• Specialty certifications (e.g. ACLS, PALS, NRP) required upon hire.
• One year of RN experience required.
• Proficiency in developing nursing care plans and evaluating outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.
• Computer proficiency in relevant systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and formulate nursing diagnoses.
• Plan, implement, and document a nursing plan of care.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per orders.
• Coordinate with health team and family for discharge planning.
• Provide patient teaching and participate in quality improvement.
