Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• AHA BLS HCP Certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, direct care to patients per care plan and RN guidance.
• Monitor patients and report changes to health care team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort needs.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and safe patient care areas.
• Record vitals and patient data accurately throughout care.
