Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• AHA BLS HCP Certification or equivalent.
• Completion of CNA/MA/EMT or Nursing Aide training program as listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, direct care to patients in their unit and monitor conditions.
• Record initial and ongoing patient information, including vital signs and I/O.
• Assist with feeding, personal hygiene and mobility as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, stocked environment and follow policy procedures.
• Attend mandatory trainings and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Establish rapport with patients, visitors and health care team; report concerns promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
