UCSF is seeking an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator to support the Pediatric Epilepsy Center of Excellence portfolio. The role is hybrid, with at least three days on site weekly at the Mission Bay Campus, coordinating visits, consent, data, and regulatory documentation under supervision.

The incumbent will assist with recruitment, study start-up, and coordination across industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated trials, including gene therapy and observational studies, while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to organize competing priorities and maintain accurate records.
• Strong written and verbal communication with children, families, and clinical teams.
• Proficiency with standard office and data-entry tools; able to learn study databases and EHRs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pediatric clinical environment with confidentiality and protocol adherence.
• Willingness to complete training in human-subjects protection and GCP.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day pediatric research activities under supervision.
• Support recruitment, visits, and informed-consent preparation.
• Maintain regulatory documents and data collection across studies.
• Coordinate specimens and study materials; assist in start-up and closeout activities.
