Job summary

UCSF Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator (limited 18-month appointment) to independently manage the administrative operations of one or more clinical studies. You will lead junior staff, coordinate multicenter NIH and industry trials, and drive recruitment strategies to meet complex goals.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience with ability to perform duties.
• Experience and skills to independently manage assigned tasks.
• Ability to develop recruitment strategies in complex environments and adjust to meet goals.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical research contracts, trials, FDA regulations, and visit structures.
• Project management to oversee administrative operations of trials.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate in changing organizational and technological environments.
• Ability to assess audit risk and develop project plans to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of policies and regulations and financial analyses.
• Experience with trial management and regulatory/compliance responsibilities.
