Job summary

Tolmar Inc. is seeking an Account Manager- PE to drive sales in the Hartford/New Haven CT area, engaging pediatric endocrinologists and other health care professionals.

You will develop territory plans, train customers on product use, and provide ongoing service to ensure successful sales and customer satisfaction. Role requires field-based activity with up to 75% travel, strong clinical knowledge, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical and/or B2B sales experience.
• Willing to reside in the Hartford/New Haven CT area and cover the territory.
• Pharmacy sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales within designated territory by influencing prescribing habits among health care providers.
• Develop relationships with non-prescribing decision makers in accounts (C-suite, pharmacy staff, etc.).
• Sell in clinics, hospitals, and specialty pharmacies across sites of care.
• Prepare annual business plans and quarterly territory analyses.
• Enter calls in CRM and manage expense reporting per SOP.
