Job summary

Saint Peter’s Healthcare System is seeking a Pediatric Emergency Room RN per diem to join our Magnet-designated team. You will collaborate with experienced nurses to assess pediatric patients, administer medications and parenteral therapies, document care meticulously, and ensure procedures follow established Standards of Care.

A NJ RN license and relevant certifications are required. This position offers per diem hours with competitive base pay and potential shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
• One year of experience preferred; BSN preferred
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification obtained during orientation
• PALS certification obtained during orientation
• ECG course completed during orientation
• ENPC (Emergency Nurse Pediatric course) completed during orientation
• Procedural Sedation course completed during orientation

The Pediatric Emergency Room RN Per Diem will:

Requirements:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
• One (1) year of experience preferred BSN preferred
• BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification obtained during clinical orientation
• PALS certification obtained during clinical orientation
• ECG course completed during clinical orientation
• ENPC (Emergency Nurse Pediatrics course) completed during clinical orientation
• Procedural Sedation course completed obtained during clinical orientation

Salary Range: 53.00 - 53.00 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
