Qualifications

• ACLS certification within 90 days of employment.
• BCLS certification within 30 days of employment.
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course certification within 6 months.
• NRP certification within 90 days of employment.
• TNCC certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient admission and discharge processes.
• Participate in assessing patient care quality.
• Collaborate to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery.
• Operationalize nursing strategies and improve engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor according to needs.
• Support inventory control of supplies and equipment.
