Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Arizona or eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, ENPC certifications desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate safe, patient-centered care.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff on the unit.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure compliance with policies and professional standards.
• Participate in unit-based governance and PCI trainings.
