The role requires a Texas pharmacist license, ACPE IV training within 90 days, and ACLS/PALS alignment. On-site, shift coverage includes midday hours with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Pharmacist license.
• ACPE IV training within 90 days.
• ACLS and PALS within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Review orders for appropriateness and final verification.
• Assess effectiveness, safety and affordability of medications; collaborate on optimizing therapy.
• Provide drug information to physicians, nurses and patients/families; monitor interactions.
