Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Nursing Education professional to assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate education for clinical staff to promote professional development and improved patient care. The role develops education plans for assigned units to proactively support safe patient care.

The position covers onboarding, competency management, and alignment of educational programs with quality and safety goals, including leadership in clinical education and ongoing

Qualifications

• RN license in GA or multi-state via compact.
• BSN required.
• 3 years pediatric experience.

Responsabilités

• Facilitates onboarding of new employees with orientation, socialization and integration.
• Develops individualized orientation plans to guide staff to competency.
• Coordinates logistics of orientation and keeps stakeholders informed.
• Develops and manages outcomes to support competency assessment and change.
• Promotes regulatory compliance and maintains educational records.
• Uses LEAN methods and LMS to document education activities.
