Boston Children's Hospital's Emergency Medicine Department seeks a registered nurse to join our Level 1 Pediatric ED team, providing critical care to infants, children and young adults. The role includes night shifts (36 hours) and every other weekend, collaborating with physicians, nurses and mid-level staff, and delivering care in one of New England's largest pediatric EDs.

A Bachelor's degree in nursing and MA RN licensure are required, with at least one year of inpatient acute or pediatric

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• 1+ year RN experience in inpatient acute or emergency medicine; pediatrics preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with ED staff essential.
• Ability to resolve complex clinical problems with cross-functional knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Work in fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Center with trauma-related, surgical and medical cases of varying acuity.
• 36 hours nights and every other weekend.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, mid-level providers and administrative staff to deliver high-quality pediatric emergency care.
