Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in NJ or multistate license.
• AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider certification.
• TNCC, ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by unit with timelines.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care through the nursing process and team collaboration.
• Support patient safety by following policies and procedures.
• Assist with pain management and discharge planning.
• Document accurately and communicate handoffs effectively.
• Participate in performance improvement and committees.
