Capital Health in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver quality patient care within a collaborative team. The role involves applying the nursing process, ensuring safety, supporting pain management and family education, and coordinating discharge planning with the care team.

Minimum requirements include an associate's degree in nursing, NJ RN licensure, and BLS certification; additional credentials (TNCC/ACLS/NRP/PALS) may be required for specific units.

Competenze

• Education: Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited school.
• Experience: None; nursing experience preferred.
• Credentials: AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider and NJ RN.
• TNCC/8 hours Trauma CNE if ICU/ED assignments.
• ACLS (or within 6 months of hire) if assigned to critical care/ER/pediatrics/etc.
• NRP (or within 6 months) for maternity/ER assignments.
• PALS (or within 6 months) for pediatric-related areas.
• Knowledge: strong problem solving and communication skills; teamwork.
• Usual Work Day: 12 Hours.
