Qualifications

• RN license with eligibility to practice in the state(s) served.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in quality initiatives and governance to improve care.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the team.
• Maintain patient safety and accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units within the service area as needed.
• Adhere to department policies and age-specific patient needs.
