Job summary

Holy Cross Health is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse for the Maryland region. This PRN/Days, part-time position is housed within Surgery and focuses on delivering patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include ADN (BSN preferred), active RN license in Maryland or a compact state, BLS, and at least 2 years of RN experience. Flexible scheduling and supportive environment emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure by Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• BLS certification per AHA; additional life support training as applicable to unit requirements preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Plan and manage care using the nursing process with patient and family education.
• Communicate essential patient information to the health care team.
